Refund Eligibility and Terms
Before Initial Design Delivery
If a refund request is made before the initial design concepts are delivered, it will be approved after deducting a 1% processing and service fee.
Within 48 Hours of Initial Design Delivery
Refund requests made within 48 hours of receiving the initial design concepts are eligible for a 70% refund, subject to a 15% processing and service fee.
Between 48–120 Hours of Initial Design Delivery
Refund requests made between 48 to 120 hours after initial delivery will be eligible for a 35% refund, subject to a 15% processing and service fee.
After 120 Hours of Initial Design Delivery
Refund requests made after 120 hours will not be entertained. However, we encourage clients to contact us with concerns—we prioritize complete customer satisfaction.
No Activity for 30 Days
If a client takes no action for 30 days after placing the order, refund eligibility is forfeited. Reactivation of the project may incur an additional fee.
After Final File Delivery
Once the final files have been delivered, no refund requests will be accepted.
Video Animation Packages
No refunds will be processed once the storyboard has been delivered and approved.
Service Packages
Refunds become void once the initial animation or service deliverable has been provided.
Custom Packages
Refunds for custom service packages will follow the specific terms outlined in the individual agreement.
Feedback Policy
Zip Pay LLC provides unlimited revisions until the client is satisfied. If a concept aligns with the original brief, no refund will be issued—however, feedback-based revisions will continue as promised.
Unethical Refund Requests
Clients who abuse the system by placing multiple orders with refund intentions will be ineligible for future refunds.
Timely & Constructive Feedback Requirement
To maintain project flow, clients must provide feedback promptly. Refunds are not applicable if delays are caused by lack of communication or incomplete guidance.

Once we receive the request, our team will attempt to resolve the concern per our revision policy. If a refund is confirmed, a Refund Request Form will be provided. Upon processing, all design rights will be forfeited by the client.
Clients agree they will no longer:
- Use any materials, drafts, or content provided
- Claim ownership of any design or product created by Zip Pay LLC
We reserve the right to file copyright protection to prevent the use of refunded materials.
